This award recognises an in house finance team at an Isle of Man business whose reporting, controls, insight and support for the business stand out. Judges look for improvements made, results and how the team works together.
Eligibility
Open to in house finance teams of two or more people at organisations based on the Isle of Man.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study, supporting figures such as growth, efficiency, client retention, exam results or audit outcomes, and, where possible, comments from clients, managers or colleagues. Client names and confidential figures can be left out or given as ranges, and nothing in an entry is shared beyond the judging panel. Entrants must live or work on the Isle of Man, or work for an organisation with a substantial presence on the island. Judges consider the size of every firm and team, so a sole practitioner competes on equal terms with a large practice.
