About this category
This award recognises an accountant, team or firm on the Isle of Man that gives time, skills or money to island charities, schools, sport or community groups, including pro bono finance work. Judges look for commitment and the difference made.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study, supporting figures such as growth, efficiency, client retention, exam results or audit outcomes, and, where possible, comments from clients, managers or colleagues. Client names and confidential figures can be left out or given as ranges, and nothing in an entry is shared beyond the judging panel. Entrants must live or work on the Isle of Man, or work for an organisation with a substantial presence on the island. Judges consider the size of every firm and team, so a sole practitioner competes on equal terms with a large practice.
