This award recognises an accountancy practice on the Isle of Man whose client service, growth, people and standards over the last twelve months stand out. Judges look for results for clients, how the practice is run and how it develops its people.

Open to accountancy practices with an office on the Isle of Man.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study, supporting figures such as growth, efficiency, client retention, exam results or audit outcomes, and, where possible, comments from clients, managers or colleagues. Client names and confidential figures can be left out or given as ranges, and nothing in an entry is shared beyond the judging panel. Entrants must live or work on the Isle of Man, or work for an organisation with a substantial presence on the island. Judges consider the size of every firm and team, so a sole practitioner competes on equal terms with a large practice.
